| Find Your Panty Size |

Find the narrowest part of your waist. Measure snugly but without cinching.
Measure around the widest part of the hips, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor.

 Panty size may differ from your pant size due to manufacturer differences.
 Consult the above chart to determine your proper panty size.
 If a discrepancy between the waist and hip measurements, size selection should be made basing on the hip measurement.
 If measurements locate between two different panty sizes, you may choose the larger of the two sizes for less tightness. (Many users prefer the larger size if they have a fatty belly, some select the smaller size due to the slim thighs.)
