A. Items, Do-Express Design
If you are not completely satisfied with your do-express.com purchase, due to the improperly made quality or print, do-express will either replace the item or refund the item cost within 30 days of receipt of shipment. *Restrictions apply to custom and personalized items.

  • You must notify do-express.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment at CustomerServices@do-express.com
  • All Items must be returned with a trackable shipping service.
  • Original packing list must be returned with the item.
  • Any item returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
  • If a return package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable service to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our return policy.
  • Return of purchase with a value more than $250 is subject to be imposed a restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price.
  • All return must be sent back to the original consignor address.
  • We can not accept COD returns.

Personalized and custom items are not returnable. If it is damaged during shipping, defectively made, or improperly printed, we will replace your order at no additional cost; in this case, please notify us within three days of receipt of shipment by e-mail at CustomerServices@do-express.com

Replacement Procedures
To send your order back for a replacement, please contact us to obtain a replacement authorization (RA). We will not accept unauthorized returns. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if a replacement is requested. Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original packaging.
